Reports to: Zenergy Project Manager
The primary responsibilities of the Journeyman Electrician is year-round work on residential and commercial projects in the surrounding area and solar projects on residential and small commercial buildings.
Pay DOE, Benefits: Health insurance (company pays 100% of employee coverage, family coverage available at employee’s cost), 401k (up to 4% company matched), PTO (accrue 10 days within first year), 7 paid holidays, paid training and license renewal, company vehicle (to take home nightly, based on distance from office), tool replacement, company clothing, and cellphone reimbursement.
Typical work week of 5 days per week.
Must have a valid Minnesota Journeyman license and a valid driver’s license w/insurable record. CDL w/health card and NABCEP certification a plus.

Seasonal Full-time Equipment Operator/ General Laborer
We are seeking qualified candidates to be part of our team in the Sebeka area. We are currently hiring for full-time seasonal equipment operators and full-time seasonal laborers to work on our drop crews to install fiber optic lines to homes.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license with an insurable record. Class A CDL preferred, with rate differential. Company will help willing candidates obtain CDL. Underground utility locating and directional drill locating experience a plus. Operators should have experience with the following equipment, directional drill, vibrating plow (ride on/walk behind), and mini excavator.
Wages start at $20.00/hr. plus benefits (health insurance is company paid for the employee, HSA is company funded, 401k up to 4% company matched, PTO, and Paid Holidays) for full-time laborers.
Equipment operators wage is DOE, plus benefits (health insurance is company paid for the employee, HSA is company funded, 401k up to 4% company matched, PTO, and Paid Holidays) for full-time equipment operators.
All work is within 100 miles of Sebeka with no overnight travel. Average work week will be between 40-55 hours, with overtime after 40 hours.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening upon hiring. Positions will require lifting of 50#’s or more and working in all weather conditions.
